This beautiful home was built in 2016 and offers a peaceful setting in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy proximity to Sesachacha Pond and the Quidnet beach area. The village of 'Sconset is a few miles away, and the bike path is just down the road. The first floor of the main house has a large living area, dining area, and gorgeous kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, and a large island with additional seating. Off the great room is a study with a full bath and queen sleeper sofa, and a separate hall half bath. There is a large mudroom, pantry, and laundry area. A wraparound covered porch with dining and living areas overlooks a 44 x 22 heated pool with an integrated hot tub. Both have retractable covers.
