If you book this property November 1st-May 1st pool heat will be included but the temperature is not guaranteed due to ambient weather temperature. If you book outside of these dates pool heat is optional and an additional $40/daily.

Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
