Charlestown Place

Located in gorgeous Rosemary Beach, you’ll have easy access to the beach, the quaint town center, fun playgrounds, delightful green spaces, and sparkling community pools. The main level great room is wide open and bright, with plenty of gracious glass doors topped with sun-filled transoms that lead out to the wrap-around porch. Crisp white walls are framed with natural, warm wood trim and floors. The living area has plenty of space for everyone to gather together to catch the game or a great movie. The kitchen is filled with custom finishes and is completely open to the living and dining areas, making for effortless socialization for large groups. Outside in the courtyard, a teak dining table and gas grill create the perfect spot to serve an alfresco dinner in the twilight.
