The beauty of the home begins in the soaring great room. The multistory vaulted ceiling is finished with natural cypress and highlights the floor-to-ceiling windows and tiled fireplace perfectly. A cream-colored sofa and neutral armchairs surround the unique carved wood coffee table and provide plenty of comfy space for everyone to relax and socialize. Glass doors lead outside to the sunny terrace. A striking, curved tile wall leads into the sleek and modern kitchen. Dark cabinets and a glossy lime green storage area surround the suite of stainless steel appliances— including a SubZero refrigerator, double Wolf ovens, and a gas range. There’s seating for eight at the dining table, as well as three bar stools at the glass bar on the island. A custom iron railing leads you downstairs to where three peaceful and private sleeping spaces await. The first is the primary bedroom suite— located a the end of the hallway and complete with a sumptuous king-size bed and an attached bathroom with a step-in shower. The second bedroom on this level is a bunk room with two built-in twin-over-twin bunk beds, while a third bedroom features a queen-size, four-poster bed. An additional full bathroom with a tub/shower combo can be accessed from the hallway. There is also a laundry nook on this floor with a high-efficiency washer and dryer. If you follow the stairs up to the top floor, you’ll find a lofted sleeping space with a king-size bed. This flexible area also includes a cozy living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa, large HDTV, and built-in bookshelves. The ensuite bathroom in the loft has a walk-in, glass-enclosed shower. This comfortable loft hideaway is concealed from the lower floor by a pair of heavy drapes. There are three sun-kissed porches— one on the lower level and two on the main level— to soak up the bright Rosemary Beach sunshine. When you’re ready to explore this endlessly delightful community, there are so many things to do.
