The backyard at Samuel Home is amazing. There are lots of outdoor patio spaces to enjoy a glass of wine and stargaze, and a fire pit to sit around and warm up. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are new and beautifully done and heated during the cooler months. The landscaping will surely keep you and your group outside enjoying the stars. Samuel Home offers modern living, with the perfect of amount of space for all to enjoy together. In the main home, you'll have two bedrooms, the primary bedroom offers a private slider off to its own patio. The guest room hosts two twin beds with a slider off to the pool area. The casita has its own ensuite and you can enjoy ultimate privacy as it has its own private entry from the backyard along with a mini split air conditioning system.
