The master bedroom is located on this level with cathedral ceilings, a walk-in closet, a large en suite bath, and access to the pool area. The laundry facilities and a powder room are also found on this floor. The second floor offers three additional guest rooms, one with an en suite queen bedroom and two that share a hall bath. The lower level offers an oversized media/game room and an en suite bedroom. The Cottage is a one-bay garage that doubles as a pool cabana with a pergola.
